Having a child opens your eyes to a whole new world. You get to see the world through their eyes. It’s amazing what catches the eye of a newborn or a one-year old. They haven’t begun taking the everyday beauty for granted. A one-year old will want to stop and pick the dandelion that you might not have even thought about. Children see beauty everywhere.
Babies are extra attracted to high contrast colors. So, of course, these printable high contrast cards are a great way to make tummy time more enjoyable for your baby.
In this high contrast cards pack, you will find dots, leopard spots, stripes, and nine more engaging designs.

You can make this printable last a lot longer by printing out the cards on cardstock paper. I used a clear adhesive bookcover to “laminate” the cards, making them extra durable. Or you could use an actual laminator, like this one. I made them when my daughter was a baby, and they still look great now for my son.
If you are using the clear bookcover, you simply adhere a piece to both sides of the paper, and cut out the cards. If using a laminator, just follow the instructions that came with your machine. Of course, these cards certainly don’t have to be laminated. It just improves the longevity.
This printable also includes all twelve designs in mini squares. I used the clear adhesive bookcover on the mini squares, punched holes in the corners, and added a ring to make it extra portable.
I hope you (and your little one) enjoy this free printable! Let me know in the comments if you have any questions.
